My name is Gyongyi (Ginger) Szucs-Nylander.

I was born is Hungary in 1979 . I came to the United States in 1998 to study and to work. I graduated with honors from BCC as a Media Technology major.

I had various jobs since I arrived to the States to support myself such as valet parking, baby-sitting, pet-care and working on a documentary. In my free time I usually read, roller blade , play the piano, sleep and volunteer.
I’ve been volunteering at a local shelter in Yonkers for the last year, walking dogs and playing with the cats. One of my cats, Onyx is adopted from there. I find volunteering very refreshing and rewarding since your paycheck is the animals’ appreciation and affection. I will continue to help animals for years to come and promote the adoption of homeless animals to people I encounter.

Volunteering opened my eyes to how much I love caring for animals. That’s how the idea came to open a pet and home-care services company where I get paid for something I love to do.

Purrfect Paws Pet-Services, Inc. was created in January of 2007 to provide quality pet and home-care service to people who have trouble trusting others with their pets.
